Jenny joined the staff of Northwest Hills UMC as Youth Minister on June 15, 2004. She feels that God has called her specifically to work with youth. She seeks to provide opportunities for youth to deepen their relationships with God and each other through service, discussions, worship, and lots of fun.

Prior to coming to NWHUMC, Jenny served Walnut Hill UMC in Dallas as Minister with Youth and Youth Adults for 5 years while attending graduate school. She received a Masters in Theological Studies in 2003 from Perkins School of Theology at Southern Methodist University in Dallas. She graduated with a BA from Southwestern University in Georgetown in 1995 with majors in Sociology and Spanish and minors in Psychology and Dance. She graduated from Westlake High School in Austin in 1991.

When Jenny is not hanging out with the youth, she's spending time with her husband, Scott, and dog, Juno. She is excited to be back in Austin to enjoy family, sunsets, Kerbey Lane Cafe and Amy's Ice Cream. She enjoys playing games, singing, and watching design shows.
